Terms of Service

By accessing or using Haven, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Haven lets people share their location with a trusted circle of contacts, receive place-based alerts, view a recent route timeline, and reach trusted contacts using emergency SOS tools. Features depend on both people in a connection enabling the relevant sharing settings.

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
• You must be legally permitted to enter into these terms in your jurisdiction.

You agree not to use Haven to:

• Monitor or track anyone without their knowledge and consent.
• Harass, intimidate, or endanger another person.
• Attempt to access another person’s account or data without authorization.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service.

Location sharing between two people only begins once both people have agreed to the connection. Emergency SOS tools are intended to help you reach people already in your trusted circle and are not a substitute for contacting local emergency services when you are in danger.

Some features may require a paid subscription. Subscription pricing, billing cycles, and payment terms are described on our Billing page, which forms part of these terms.

You may stop using Haven and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that we reasonably believe pose a risk to other users or to the service.

Haven is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Location accuracy can be affected by device settings, connectivity, and environmental factors outside our control, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Haven and its team will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Haven Labs, Inc. is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Haven after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
